活動特別邀請楊海晨博士作專題講座，題目為《學困生的特點及幫助策略》。
Dr. Yang delivered a lecture on "Characteristics of Struggling Students and Support Strategies.”
楊博士為醫學博士、倫敦國王學院精神衛生研究所訪問學者，現任深圳市龍華區精神衛生中心臨床心理科主任、龍華區精神衛生專業委員會主任委員，從事精神心理臨床工作三十年，是國內雙相障礙與抑鬱障礙領域知名專家，《中國雙相障礙防治指南》編委。
Dr. Yang is a medical doctor and visiting scholar at King’s College London. He leads Clinical Psychology at Shenzhen Longhua Mental Health Center, has 30 years of experience, and is a leading expert on bipolar disorder and depression in China.
他從心理學與教育學結合的角度，分析學困生特徵與支持策略，強調理解與陪伴的重要性。教育的意義，不僅是傳授知識，更是點燃信心、助力成長。講座兼具理論深度與實踐指導性，為教師提供新的思考方向與工作方法。
He discussed struggling students’ traits and strategies, stressing understanding and guidance. Education builds confidence and growth, not just knowledge.
學校安排心理老師房老師帶領的芳香療法減壓體驗，幫助教師放鬆身心、恢復精力。教育是一場需要耐心與熱情的旅程，教師的身心健康同樣重要。鯨帆注重營造關懷與支持的工作環境，讓教師保持**狀態投入教學。
The school held an aromatherapy session led by counselor Ms. Fang to help teachers relax and recharge. Kingfan values teachers’ well-being and supports a positive work environment.
下午，全體教職人員圍繞「從德育、學與教探討學校未來發展」展開研討。討論以師德師風為基礎，聚焦教育初心、教師使命與學校願景。教師們結合實際教學，從德育引領、課程創新、學生成長與團隊協作等角度提出建設性思考。
